PRINCIPLES OF OPERATION
Electrical operation of the window regulators is accomplished by means of
five main parts.
These are: a safety relay-a 30 ampere circuit breaker-a door relay -a motor-
and a switch.
The safety relay, installed in the
engine compartment, is
connected to the ignition switch
so that the windows cannot be
operated while the ignition
switch is off.
The circuit breaker prevents
damage to the system when the
motor is stalled by the window
reaching its limit of travel up or
down.
