This is another rare filmstrip, generously scanned for the Old Car Manual Project by Henk Schaatsbergen.
This filmstrip was prepared by the Jam Handy Organization (Henry Jamison Handy) which for many years prepared promotional films and materials for General Motors. It discusses tune-up procedures and emphasizes the need for precision.
