hose until low pressure gauge reads "0"
P.S.I. If there is no pressure, eliminate
steps 3, 4, 5, and 6.
4. Close low pressure valve of the Pressure
Test Gauge Manifold, Tool - ACL53-3, by
turning the stem clockwise until seated.
5. Open the high pressure valve of the
Pressure Test Gauge Manifold, Tool -
ACL53-3, slightly by turning the stem
counterclockwise and very slowly exhaust
refrigerant through the center manifold hose
until high pressure gauge reads "O" P.S.I.
stem clockwise until seated.
7. Using Tool - ACL53-7, disconnect the
high pressure hose at the high pressure
valve located on the con denser. Cap
hose and valve fittings.
8. Disconnect the by-pass hose at the
modulator valve located on the condenser.
Use Tool - ACL53-7. Cap hose and valve
fitting.
9. Disconnect condenser outlet tube from
high pressure tube leading to receiver tank.
Cap both line fit-tings.
6. Close high pressure valve of the Pressure
Test Gauge Manifold, Tool - ACL53-3, by
turning the
10. Disconnect Bowden wire at manual
control on condenser modulator valve.
